1. How Return Works After you’ve submitted a return request to urbanlibaas.store@gmail.com or call us at +923156914405. After reviewing your request, if the article is delivered wrong from our side then we’ll get it picked from your doorstep within 7 to 10 working days and you will not be charged for shipping.
2. CAN I GET CASH REFUND INSTEAD? Urban Libaas does not offer any cash refunds. We do offer online store credit or the chance to exchange your product for another, depending on the situation.
